We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our team and help maintain high-quality homes for our residents. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same; you'll be carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across our housing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and maintenance in kitchens and bathrooms
- Install and maintain fire doors to safety standards
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Complete painting and decorating projects to a high finish
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure resident satisfaction
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent service
About You
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role
- Skilled in multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean Driving Licence
