The Role
Manage a portfolio of mid-sized clients across kitchens, clothing, finance & travel. Direct line to the Co-Founding Media Director. Build and lead your own team within 12 months.
Day-to-day: Strategic campaign management across Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn & TikTok. Plan, build and optimise campaigns using best practices. Mentor an Account Executive. Collaborate on integrated campaigns. Shape new business pitches.
You Are
- 2.5-4.5 years paid social experience (ideally at a top independent performance agency)
- Platform expert across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest
- Data-driven with excellent client management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management across multiple campaigns
- Growth-hungry – ready to make your mark in a scaling business
- Leadership-ready – ideally with Account Executive management experience
