Are you ready to take your network engineering expertise to one of the most advanced, high-performance environments in the country? We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Network Engineer to join a small, expert team supporting a world-class organisation.

Please note: This role requires working 5 days out of 7, which will include some weekend and event-day work to ensure seamless operation during live events. Flexibility and availability during these critical periods are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and enhance complex network infrastructure across multiple sites, covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, VOIP, firewalls, and structured cabling.
  • Support seamless connectivity for large-scale live events and broadcast operations.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent network issues in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors, from media production to commercial partners to deliver cutting-edge, integrated technology solutions.
  • Contribute to continual network improvement projects and security initiatives that keep systems resilient and future-ready.

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Deep understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, QoS, and firewalls.
  • Hands-on experience with network design, troubleshooting, and change management in large-scale, live-event or high-availability settings.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed and proactive under pressure.
  • Experience in large multi-event venues, broadcast environments, or similar high-performance infrastructure is highly desirable.
