We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT team. This is a hands-on technical role where you will be the go-to person for resolving complex IT challenges while helping shape the technology landscape. Based in Letchworth with the opportunity for hybrid working: 2-3 days per week working from home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support across hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and update our ticketing system, maintaining ITIL best practices
- Lead and support IT projects from conception to delivery
- Configure and deploy new devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
- Drive cyber security awareness and training initiatives across the organisation
- Administer Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint environments
- Create and distribute application packages via InTune
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Provide executive-level support for board meetings and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years’ proven experience in an IT support role
- Strong technical knowledge of Office 365, Windows 11, Microsoft InTune, Active Directory/Azure AD
- Experience with MS Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, and mobile technologies (iOS & Android)
- Microsoft certifications (or similar) would be advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Self-motivated with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
