What You ll Do as the Change Manager/Project Manager
- Own and lead the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery
- Build robust project plans, manage budgets, resources and timelines
- Partner with teams, senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive progress
- Spot risks early, solve problems fast, and remove delivery blockers
- Run governance, prepare board updates and keep decision-makers aligned
- Lead the rollout of new processes, systems and ways of working
- Ensure teams are informed, engaged and ready for change
- Manage and develop Change Analysts, guiding them to deliver their best
- Oversee use cases, test plans and UAT activities to ensure quality outcomes
What You Bring
- Strong track record delivering end-to-end projects and change
- Ability to deliver at pace while keeping quality high
- Experience coordinating UAT and defining test plans
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar)
- Great communication skills, confident with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong vendor/third-party management ability
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects
- A solution-focused mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude

- Salary: £65k – £75k
