We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT team. This is a hands-on technical role where you will be the go-to person for resolving complex IT challenges while helping shape the technology landscape. Based in Letchworth with the opportunity for hybrid working: 2-3 days per week working from home.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide 1st/2nd/3rd line support across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and update our ticketing system, maintaining ITIL best practices
  • Lead and support IT projects from conception to delivery
  • Configure and deploy new devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
  • Drive cyber security awareness and training initiatives across the organisation
  • Administer Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint environments
  • Create and distribute application packages via InTune
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Provide executive-level support for board meetings and senior leadership

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3-5 years' proven experience in an IT support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Office 365, Windows 11, Microsoft InTune, Active Directory/Azure AD
  • Experience with MS Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, and mobile technologies (iOS & Android)
  • Microsoft certifications (or similar) would be advantageous
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
