This is achieved through education and training, programmatic initiatives, and advocacy.

ISUOG delivers a portfolio of events including its annual World Congress, other regional meetings, and a targeted virtual event to low resource communities, Ultrasound Essentials. These events are annual, designed to deliver cutting edge, comprehensive, high-quality science to our global and regional communities respectively. The World Congress enters its 36th year in 2026 and attracts 2,000-3,000 participants from 100-130 countries depending on its location.
