We are a growing Trade Union representing Civil Service members nationwide and overseas. Our representatives are based around the country and our National Executive meet every 6 weeks at our Headquarters building in Harwich. We are looking for another member of our small, friendly Headquarters team to help support our growth and maintain our membership services.
Responsibilities include:
- Support to our Office and IT Managers
- Maintaining our membership records accurately
- Handling membership enquiries by e-mail and telephone
- Supporting Branch and National Representatives as required
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth running of HQ functions
Previous office experience and basic knowledge of IT systems/current software is beneficial.
