We’re an award-winning structural engineering design practice with a well-established office in Bath and a small, collaborative office in the heart of London. We’re excited to be recruiting for talented engineers to join our team – with the option to be based in either location.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record in structural design across a wide variety of projects. At Integral Engineering Design, personality and excellent communication skills are key, as you’ll be liaising with clients and colleagues daily. About You:

• You are either already a Chartered Engineer or actively working towards chartership.
• You bring extensive design experience with a range of materials, on both reuse and new build projects.
• You’re passionate about solving problems, delivering high-quality work, and making a difference.
• You care about sustainability and reducing the carbon footprint of our projects through reuse strategies and material choices.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent role, though we welcome applications from candidates who can offer near full-time hours.

We offer a hybrid working pattern, typically with two days a week from home, helping to balance flexibility with maintaining a strong in-office culture.

We offer a competitive salary, dependant on experience. Pension, an annual leave entitlement which includes time off between Christmas and New Year and the option to purchase additional leave, enhanced maternity and paternity benefits, life insurance, group income protection policy, cycle to work scheme, Employee assistance programs and funding for an annual professional subscription. We also have a policy of finishing at 3.30pm on the last Friday of each month, which is open to all and is pro-rated for part-time staff. All staff benefit from a generous training provision including weekly CPD sessions and team events such as the annual company day and business day.
