Istituto Marangoni London is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide first-line IT support for staff, students and lecturers across macOS and Windows devices. You will deploy new devices, manage MDM and Intune, and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

You will also create user guides, maintain IT documentation and contribute to continual service improvement while delivering friendly, professional assistance on-site.
