Job summary

The role’s primary duty is to support with all enrolled applications in liaison with the recruitment team, focused on finalising student enrolments and supporting with documentation and tuition fees\’ collection. The job holder will assist in handling requests from online and offline channels, applying the required procedures, in order to optimise the effectiveness of the information, up to enrolment.

The role requires also to assist with activities in School such as presentations, open days, together with supporting any events. Finally, they will be in regular contact with the finance department with the aim of verifying the payment status of enrolled students and will cooperate with the other departments as needed.

Key purpose of the role

  • Communicating with students on a daily basis;
  • To advise applicants to prepare supporting documentation relevant for their application;
  • To support in managing the department’s inbox;
  • To collaborate with other departments as needed during the admission process;
  • To keep the used platforms updated;
  • To support with students’ data entry and transmission as required;
  • To liaise with applicants/agents in order to satisfy the entry requirements criteria;
  • To assist with the end-to-end Admissions and administration process;
  • To support students throughout the whole application process and to respond to applicants’ queries in a timely manner;
  • To support activities such as open days, fairs and presentations to Schools;
  • To work flexibly and support the department by undertaking appropriate duties as required.

Education and skills

  • Educated at GCSE and A levels or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service ethos
  • Must be a team-player and willing to collaborate and contribute to the work of a team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Proficient in Excel
