Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and lead imaginative, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s individual needs.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development to celebrate their progress and plan next steps.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, with a strong focus on safeguarding and health safety.
