In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of practitioners in delivering exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Your Role as Room Leader
- Inspire and Lead: Oversee the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Motivate Your Team: Manage, guide, and support practitioners to ensure the highest quality of care and learning.
- Champion Development: Observe, assess, and monitor children’s progress, tailoring support to their individual needs.
- Build Partnerships: Develop strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and engaged in their child’s journey.
- Ensure Excellence: Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards to create a secure and enriching environment.
