Before the start of the session, we run a three‑day orientation. Staff members receive reimbursement after the session. Travel reimbursements and any finders’ fees are paid separately. We provide accommodation in all locations for all staff. Meals are provided in the halls of residence once students arrive; however, staff are responsible for their meals during Orientation.
£2,200 GBP for the session. Up to £150 reimbursed for travel to/from Cambridge.
All of our staff must pass a full criminal background check. We provide full bed and board for you at our campuses, plus fixed payment. All staff are required to be on duty (on a rota basis) for evening programmes, activities, day trips and arrival/departure days.
Our Media Manager roles are a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build their photography, videography, and social media skills in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You’ll gain valuable experience capturing and producing content that tells the story of an international summer school, from daily photography to creating short films and managing social media stories. Working with students and staff from over 100 nationalities, you’ll develop your creative portfolio, strengthen your time management and communication skills, and enjoy a summer full of unforgettable experiences alongside our incredible team.
Successful applicants will be expected to hold a current PVG/DBS or equivalent enhanced background check/be willing to obtain one. The cost of this will be covered by the company. Employment will be subject to the company receiving two references from previous employees covering your suitability for the specific position and working with those under 18 years old.
