We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee all engineering and technical services activities across the Yeovil site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction across technical service delivery., Lead the delivery of Technical Services across the site, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Act as the main escalation point for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and consistent service delivery.
Manage engineering budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and cost-saving initiatives while protecting contract margins.
Drive operational efficiency through best practice, standardised processes, and innovative technical solutions.
Work closely with the Asset Manager to maintain accurate asset data and support the achievement of ISO 55001 standards.
Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning service delivery with business needs and objectives.
Lead, develop, and mentor technical teams through training, succession planning, and performance management.
