Workplace Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about service excellence, relationship building and team leadership. You will take ownership of front of house operations while supporting continuous improvement, compliance and operational success across the workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the smooth and seamless delivery of Front of House operations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Livv team to ensure client site procedures and standards are met.
• Act as the onsite point of contact and liaison with the client, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Introduce and develop innovations that enhance service delivery, efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members, supporting continuous improvement and career development.
• Maintain and manage the onsite HSEQ folder, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Track, maintain and report operational performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Identify commercial opportunities and support ongoing operational success while ensuring team behaviours reflect Livv Core Values.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or managing a team within corporate, customer service or workplace operations.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work independently.
• Motivated, adaptable and proactive approach with a strong service orientation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a solid understanding of Health & Safety.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of workplace administration and compliance, with strong attention to detail.
