Key Responsibilities- Support the Workplace Facilities Manager with daily operations and team coordination
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with workplace policies and standards
- Coordinate services (cleaning, catering, maintenance) for efficient site operations
- Manage workplace data, generate reports, and assist with budget tracking
- Act as the first point of contact for workplace queries and service coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and communicate updates across the business
- Ensure health, safety, and ESG compliance across all workplace activities
- Experience in coordination or admin roles, ideally within facilities or workplace settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace management systems
