Looking for a fulfilling role in a vital service? We're searching for a full-time Helpdesk Operator to join the team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. You'll play a crucial role in call handling ensuring that the soft service departments run efficiently. Handling approximately 200 calls a day, as you take requests for catering, security, housekeeping and portering services and distribute to the appropriate teams.
The Role:
- Answering internal calls within agreed KPI and SLA agreements
- Providing efficient, courteous, and helpful support to callers
- Operating internal bleep system
You will be required to work public and bank holidays, should your shift fall on that day as our department operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
About You:
- Important to have good communication and clerical skills
- Be reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Able to cope well under pressure
- Previous experience would be preferred but not essential, full training will be given
