As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role
- Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets of the contract.
- Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires.
- Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them.
- Generate cleaning schedules for your team.
- Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
- Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping.
- Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly.
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards.
- Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager.
