As the key liaison for O2C, you will champion process improvements, maintain adherence to global standards, and enhance operational performance. Working closely with the Global O2C Process Owner, you will ensure local processes align with global initiatives while supporting finance and operational teams with best practices and robust controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire O2C process lifecycle within the UK&I, ensuring smooth integration between offshore and onshore activities.
- Identify, analyse, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Monitor and report performance against defined KPIs and SLAs, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to align local processes with global standards and contribute to global initiatives.
- Partner with ISS UK&I Finance to support upstream activities and ensure compliance with the OneISS Way.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain process integrity, strengthen controls, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance to operations and finance teams on O2C processes and best practices.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Significant experience in Order to Cash, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in Navision (Maximo experience highly desirable).
- Hands-on experience with ERP or finance system implementation projects, preferably SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
- Proven track record in process improvement and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to O2C processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
