As a Response Mobile Cleaner, you will provide essential cover for routine cleaning when regular cleaners are absent, as well as carrying out additional tasks such as deep cleans, carpet and upholstery maintenance, and litter picking.
You’ll play a vital part in ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained across all sites, delivering a professional service that meets client expectations.
The role is Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between 6am and 9pm, working a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Travel time between sites is included as part of your working day, and some split shifts may be required.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the spaces they care for.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all cleaning operations to the required standards and schedules.
- Respond promptly to Sector Manager requests.
- Ensure compliance with client security procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Induct new staff on cleaning, waste, and security procedures.
- Accurately record visits and attendance, adhering to shift schedules.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (training provided if needed).
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, such as buffing machines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- Strong ability to manage priorities and tasks effectively.
- Professional team player with good relationship-building skills.
