We are looking for a senior, client-facing professional who can provide subject matter expertise, report on performance, identify issues and opportunities, and develop proportionate, costed solutions aligned to risk and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the delivery of compliance services across the retail branch portfolio.
- Ensure completion and documentation of statutory compliance inspections, including WRA’s, LOLER and Pressure Systems.
- Manage delivery and closure of corrective works orders in line with service level agreements, with appropriate evidence.
- Produce routine performance reporting, including inspections versus portfolio coverage.
- Track corrective works progress and status across the portfolio.
- Monitor delivery agent performance and availability of compliance evidence.
- Review contractual requirements to ensure proportionate service delivery relative to risk and best practice.
- Create and deliver a service line strategy and transformation programme.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise with an equivalent industry-recognised qualification in one or more of the following: Asbestos, Fire Safety, Water Safety, Vertical Transport, Radon Safety, Pressure Systems, or equivalent (e.g. NEBOSH).
- Broad understanding of relevant legislation and Approved Codes of Practice, including L8.
- Proven experience delivering a similar compliance service line across a national or mobile FM portfolio.
- Strong, practical experience working with large data sets to report performance and identify opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, including presentation and report writing.
