✨Know Your CAFM Systems

Familiarise yourself with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems before the interview. Being able to discuss how you’ve used these tools in past roles will show your potential employer that you’re ready to hit the ground running.

✨Showcase Your Communication Skills

Since the role involves liaising with various teams and subcontractors, prepare examples of how you've effectively communicated in previous positions. Highlight any experience you have in managing schedules or coordinating activities, as this will demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively.

✨Be Organised and Detail-Oriented

Bring a notepad or digital device to jot down important points during the interview. This shows that you’re organised and value details, which is crucial for a PPM Planner. You might also want to prepare a few questions about their planning processes to show your interest.
