In this role, you will act as a brand guardian, ensuring all outputs uphold brand standards and deliver consistent messaging. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders, supporting bids and the rollout of branding across new and existing sites. This position requires strong communication skills, relationship‑building ability, and a passion for food and marketing innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of termly marketing campaigns across education brands, including retail promotions, seasonal menu changes, theme days, and marketing collateral (digital and print).
- Prepare detailed implementation packs and conduct online site briefings for campaign rollouts.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to inform strategy.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, digital) and external partners for seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Support bids and branding rollout for new and existing sites.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Professional experience in the marketing industry.
- A passion for food and strong understanding of consumer and market food and beverage trends.
- Knowledge of retail, digital, and social media marketing.
- Understanding of brand development and, ideally, culinary development and operations.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently.
