We are looking for an experienced commercial professional to support the Divisional Director and Sector Commercial Director in delivering growth within the Office & Production sectors. The role will contribute to sector sales strategy, define priority markets and targets, and lead cross-functional teams to develop winning commercial proposals that align with country and sector-specific commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the top-line sales target across the Office & Production sectors
  • Support the development and execution of the sales strategy in line with country and sector commercial strategies
  • Support definition of key markets, geographies and targets in collaboration with the Sector Commercial team
  • Own the end-to-end sales, bidding, contract close and bid-to-operations handover process for assigned opportunities
  • Drive new business, organic growth and customer retention across the sector portfolio
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional bid teams to develop and submit competitive commercial proposals
  • Ensure commercial processes, tools and CRM activity are applied consistently and effectively
  • Contribute to strategic sales initiatives and prioritised customer engagement activities

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or bid leadership roles
  • Strong track record of winning and converting complex deals end-to-end
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue, margin and risk
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and operational levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional environments
  • Highly driven, competitive and results-focused mindset
  • Confidence using CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines and forecasts
