As a Service Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class Helpdesk, Portering, and Housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and coordinate service operations to meet financial and performance targets.
- Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership.
- Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team.
- Create and manage departmental schedules for your team.
- Deliver an exceptional level of service within your area of responsibility.
- Use all equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
