ISS is seeking a senior asset management lead to oversee a contract’s Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and ensure alignment with policy and ISO 55001. You will guide risk-based decision making across the asset portfolio and lead a small team focused on asset data management and CAFM administration.
You will develop whole-life cost plans, drive improvements, and produce clear, decision-ready reports for capital planning and client objectives, engaging with senior leaders.
