The successful candidate will play a key role in incident management, safety and welfare monitoring, risk and threat information dissemination, and ensuring SOC operations are delivered in line with relevant legislation, industry standards and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver service and incident management support through the Security Operations Centre.
- Support the SOC Team Lead in the day‑to‑day delivery of SOC services.
- Monitor the safety and welfare of deployed assets across sites nationally.
- Act as the first responder to out‑of‑hours incidents and planning requirements.
- Manage incidents through to conclusion or escalates where appropriate.
- Disseminate risk and threat information to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the Private Security Industry Act and associated standards, including BS7499.
- Produce daily reporting, including productivity and labour effectiveness information.

- Experience working within a Security Operations Centre or call centre environment is essential.
- Experience working in a structured and process‑oriented environment.
