We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual who can act as a reliable point of contact for operational colleagues and internal customers. Working closely with operational managers and internal functions, you will ensure queries are resolved accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for calls and emails, logging and processing all service requests accurately.
- Identify appropriate solutions to queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain and update facilities management systems (such as Maximo) and associated administrative records.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused helpdesk support at all times.
- Provide administrative support to the account delivery team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, and client contractual requirements.
- Support the accurate management of time, attendance, and workforce data for operational teams.

- Experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role.
- Confident call handling and customer interaction skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
