We are looking for a senior project professional with strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and subject matter expertise in high-security environments. This position acts as the central coordination and communication hub, ensuring delivery in line with organisational and client strategic objectives, PMO governance, legislative compliance, and value-for-money principles. Frequent travel is a requirement of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a complex, multi-site CSI programme aligned to organisational and client strategic objectives.
  • Act as the central communication hub, coordinating internal teams, supply partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee enabling works, security installations, fire and life safety systems, and fabric and fit-out activities across geographically dispersed sites.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in line with PMO standards and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and control project performance, including schedules, costs, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive engagement, transparent communication, and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, health and safety requirements, and all relevant legislation and standards.
  • Provide senior-level leadership, subject matter expertise, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
  • Define and manage project budgets in line with approved business cases and funding approvals.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • SMSTS certification.
  • Leadership experience in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Proven management of budgets exceeding £1m.
  • CSCS card and conversant with NEC4 contracts.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant training or certification in security installations.
  • Strong CDM compliance and health & safety leadership.
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel frequently.
