We are looking for someone who can support both self-delivered activities and local operational teams, working closely with account teams to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery. As a key regional leader, you will act as an escalation point, drive performance, and maintain alignment with contractual expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full leadership for all regional accountabilities, ensuring customer satisfaction, safe systems of work and effective team management.
- Support KAN account management teams to achieve best-in-class service delivery and performance.
- Collaborate with OSC SDM teams to ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements including missed cleans, PPM delivery and recruitment targets.
- Act as a regional escalation point, offering operational guidance and resolving general queries.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of contractual service specifications and ensure standardised, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee regional budgets, monitor financial performance and deliver savings through efficient service operations.
- Produce periodic performance and budget reporting for the aligned portfolio director.
- Build strong internal relationships and encourage a customer-focused culture within the regional management team.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in comparable management roles.
- In-depth understanding of cleaning operations and related activities.
- Proven commercial, financial and budget management experience.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to support colleagues without a cleaning background.
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions.
