We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Receptionist who will act as the face of the building and deliver an exceptional first impression to all clients and visitors. While the main responsibility will be managing the reception area during peak times, this role offers variety beyond the front desk. You will support administrative and facilities tasks throughout the day, assist with events, and provide cover for the Facilities Support Manager during holidays or sickness. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a professional and friendly service.
- Ensure the reception area is maintained to a 5‑star standard, clean, tidy, and free from clutter.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues, promoting a positive image at all times.
- Proactively resolve client and visitor enquiries with a "yes‑we‑can" attitude.
- Support the coordination of events, including booking services, equipment, and hospitality.
