We are seeking a professional who can act as the central point of coordination for a multi-faceted programme of works, ensuring alignment with organisational and client objectives, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of tangible business value. The role is primarily focused on the CSI Project, with additional support to business-as-usual activities as required, and involves frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-site CSI programme, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Oversee enabling works, security installations, fire and life safety systems, and fabric/fit-out activities across multiple locations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between client, account leadership, internal teams, and supply partners, managing stakeholder expectations and escalations.
  • Define project scope, translate programme objectives into actionable delivery plans, and manage interdependencies across projects.
  • Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, health and safety standards, and relevant legislative and governance requirements.
  • Manage project budgets exceeding £1m, including cost forecasting, financial controls, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, leading audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities to ensure secure and compliant delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-site projects involving enabling works, high-security infrastructure, and fit-outs.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic and physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, perimeter security, and Safe 03 / Safe 04 criteria.
  • Ability to interpret schematic and construction drawings with a focus on fire, security, and life safety systems.
  • Experienced in Tier 3 report writing, proposal writing, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated capability in operational project management, stakeholder engagement, and programme-level governance.
  • Conversant with NEC4 contracts and strong commercial awareness.
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and systems.

Qualifications

  • PMP certification.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS card.
  • Relevant certifications or training in security installations.
  • UK driving licence with flexibility to travel nationwide.
