We are seeking a Process Improvement Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of process improvement and transformation initiatives, combining strong project management capability with deep process expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects from discovery through implementation and embedding.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, scope, and quality standards.
  • Analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
  • Lead and coordinate process experts to assess current processes and design future-state solutions.
  • Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Implement sustainable change by embedding new ways of working across teams and systems.
  • Track benefits realisation and performance using data, KPIs, and structured governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured methodologies and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and delivery expertise, including planning, governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
  • Proven process improvement and process mapping experience, including Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies and end-to-end process redesign.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement at senior leadership level.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills, with advanced Excel capability.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead change, facilitate workshops, and deliver sustainable business transformation.
  • Lean / Six Sigma qualification (Green Belt or higher, or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering process improvement initiatives in a complex, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio (BPMN experience beneficial).
