We are looking for someone who will play a key part in delivering a high‑quality, transparent service to customers on a day‑to‑day basis and contribute positively to the performance and reputation of the Facilities Management service.
Responsibilities
- Act as front of house, welcoming visitors and supporting them appropriately.
- Ensure security procedures are followed at all times.
- Deliver support services including porterage, meeting room management and management of the FM mailbox.
- Support inductions for new starters, including health & safety and environmental inductions.
- Log, facilitate and oversee reactive maintenance and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) visits.
- Support compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards, including traffic management plans, fire risk assessments and water hygiene arrangements.
- Complete and assist with audits, including security audits.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with the delivery of low‑to‑medium risk projects.
- Maintain a positive, proactive, can‑do attitude in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience working with customers and soft services.
- Experience completing compliance checks and reports (or willingness to be trained).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with different levels of management.
- Ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office packages.
- IOSH qualification desirable; training will be provided if not already held.
