We are looking for an individual who will support the Account Lead PMO by acting as a central coordination and governance point across projects. The PMO Coordinator will manage PMO systems, maintain documentation and reporting, track delivery performance, and ensure adherence to PMO standards to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Lead PMO in setting, maintaining and enforcing PMO standards, methodologies and documentation.
  • Manage PMO software tools (including CEMAR), ensuring accurate documentation, logs (RAID), dashboards and reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, resources, timelines and milestones across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Track schedules, costs, risks and change, ensuring purchase orders, timesheets and cost data align to programme timelines.
  • Act as a central point of contact for PMO-related communications, information requests and updates.
  • Support project initiation, planning, resource forecasting and milestone tracking across programmes.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards and executive-level briefings to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and delivery practices, including training and change management support.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Project Management, Engineering or a related field - advantageous.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding £1m.
  • Conversant with NEC4 contracts.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and PMO tools.
  • Minimum BPS clearance.
  • UK driving licence required, with flexibility to travel as needed.
