As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will manage the day to day delivery of cleaning services across multiple locations. You will support operatives, carry out audits, manage stock, ensure compliance and maintain strong working relationships with customers and colleagues. We are looking for an experienced supervisor with strong people management skills, a full UK driving licence and the ability to support regional cleaning services. A company van will be provided as part of this mobile role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the mobile cleaning team to promote high morale, motivation and performance
  • Deliver cleaning services in line with specifications, carrying out regular checks and cleans where required
  • Provide weekly absence reports and details of additional hours worked by the cleaning team
  • Ensure compliance with ISS HR processes, including training, discipline, health, safety and welfare
  • Undertake site familiarisation and inductions for new employees and contractors, covering cleaning regimes and procedures
  • Control and maintain consumable stock levels and equipment across all sites, ensuring store rooms are tidy and compliant
  • Adhere to all company, security and site-specific procedures, including opening, lock-up and alarm processes
  • Record every site visit and complete required tasks such as tap flushing and documentation

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven experience supervising and developing cleaning teams
  • Demonstrable track record within the cleaning industry
  • Experience managing health and safety within a cleaning or facilities environment
  • Ability to maintain cleaning services across a diverse region, with some out-of-region travel when required
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Confident using vehicles to deliver mobile cleaning services
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
