Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager – London & South Region, this role is responsible for translating operational plans into effective on-site delivery. You will lead site-based teams, manage subcontractors across workplace solutions, and ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and ISS standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of workplace and facilities services at the London site, ensuring consistent service standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with SLAs, KPIs, statutory requirements, and ISS policies, with a strong focus on health and safety.
  • Implement operational plans and priorities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager – London & South Region.
  • Act as the primary on-site escalation point for day-to-day operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop site-based teams, including housekeepers and subcontracted service providers.
  • Manage all aspects of staff management, including performance, attendance, absence, conduct, and capability.
  • Deliver effective stakeholder management, building trusted relationships with client representatives and key site stakeholders.
  • Monitor, report, and support site financial performance, operational risks, and continuous improvement actions.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience within workplace services, facilities management, or workplace environments.
  • Experience managing multiple service streams, including subcontractors (desirable).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within a complex, people-facing environment.
  • Proven people management capability, with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Sound financial awareness, including experience in cost control and budget management.
  • Confident user of workplace systems and Microsoft Office applications.
