In this role, you will support the smooth running of the office by managing a range of administrative tasks. This includes creating ID badges for new starters and maintaining accurate records by updating the site database using Excel. You will play a key role in onboarding, delivering site inductions to new employees and setting up access, including CCTV passwords, while liaising closely with the client to ensure all requirements are met.

The Role

  • Provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of car parking operations
  • Assist with the management of parking permits, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records
  • Support enforcement administration, ensuring compliance with parking policies and procedures
  • Handle customer enquiries in a professional and responsive manner, delivering a high standard of service
  • Maintain and update databases and systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support operational requirements
  • Contribute to a customer-focused service that promotes compliance and a positive user experience
  • Support wider transport and environmental objectives through effective parking administration

About You

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, and Word)
  • Flexible with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience as an administrator within Training, Human Resources, or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Level and above in English & Math
  • Previous experience as a general administration or customer service based role
