We are looking for an engineer who is committed to delivering a world-class building services maintenance offering, operating safely, compliantly and in line with ISS technical standards, while contributing to account and segment performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance for commercial and domestic gas, heating and HVAC systems
  • Carry out fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation works across client sites
  • Ensure compliance with ISS technical policies, procedures and Safe Systems of Work
  • Contribute to achievement of relevant account, segment or country technical KPIs
  • Complete works in line with strict Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments and method statements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Act as a professional representative of ISS when engaging with customers and stakeholders
  • Support a world-class building services maintenance provision across the region

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Commercial Gas Qualifications, including Commercial Core Safety: COCN1 or CODNC1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
  • Domestic Core Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1
  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or a related mechanical engineering discipline
  • Gas Safe Registered
  • IPAF / PASMA
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Experience

  • Experience delivering commercial gas, combustion and heating maintenance, including fault finding, maintenance and installation
  • Proven experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance
  • Experience working within FM or building services environments in commercial properties
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
