We are looking for an engineer who is committed to delivering a world-class building services maintenance offering, operating safely, compliantly and in line with ISS technical standards, while contributing to account and segment performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance for commercial and domestic gas, heating and HVAC systems
- Carry out fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation works across client sites
- Ensure compliance with ISS technical policies, procedures and Safe Systems of Work
- Contribute to achievement of relevant account, segment or country technical KPIs
- Complete works in line with strict Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company standards
- Act as a professional representative of ISS when engaging with customers and stakeholders
- Support a world-class building services maintenance provision across the region
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Commercial Gas Qualifications, including Commercial Core Safety: COCN1 or CODNC1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1
- Domestic Core Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or a related mechanical engineering discipline
- Gas Safe Registered
- IPAF / PASMA
- Full UK Driving Licence
Experience
- Experience delivering commercial gas, combustion and heating maintenance, including fault finding, maintenance and installation
- Proven experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance
- Experience working within FM or building services environments in commercial properties
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
