Job Description We are seeking an organised and creative individual with a passion for customer service and events. Working closely with the Curated Experience team, you will support both large-scale signature events and site-specific activities, helping to bring the campus to life while ensuring a seamless experience for colleagues, guests and visitors. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination and delivery of onsite and hybrid events across campus. Organise meetings, functions and activations, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. Manage meeting room bookings, layouts, equipment requirements and event schedules. Prepare and maintain function sheets detailing room setup, catering, attendee numbers and event requirements. Welcome and host colleagues, guests and vendors at events, ensuring a professional and engaging experience. Support colleague engagement initiatives including wellbeing activities, community programmes and campus-wide events. Collate post-event feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the event experience. Promote events through internal communication channels and engage with colleagues to encourage participation. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Previous experience within events, event coordination or a customer-focused environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with a wide range of stakeholders. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and digital booking or event management systems. A positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
