We are looking for an individual who can operate as a trusted extension of leadership, delivering high-quality business, administrative, and coordination support across the campus. The role is primarily office-based within the Co-Space and involves minimal client contact while ensuring strong governance, clear communication, and effective operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus governance cadence (daily, weekly, and monthly), ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
- Manage SLT calendars, meeting coordination, and room bookings to maintain an effective leadership rhythm.
- Maintain Campus Review processes and Action Tracker, ensuring accountability and visibility.
- Support daily operational activity and track associated actions.
- Prepare and coordinate business review packs and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Track and manage client and stakeholder requests, ensuring timely response and closure.
- Maintain performance trackers and ensure departments provide accurate and timely updates.
- Produce presentations based on provided data using PowerPoint and other MS Office tools.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience within an administrative role.
- Ability to produce presentations using provided data.
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating schedules.
- Some understanding of compliance systems.
