We are looking for someone who can support a wide range of duties including logistics, room setups, basic checks, and customer-facing support. The role also provides assistance to reception when required and contributes to low-level Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks alongside general operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff.
- Transport equipment, goods, luggage, or supplies safely and efficiently across the site.
- Support operational teams with day-to-day logistics and service delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of work areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with setting up rooms, events, and workspaces as required.
- Carry out basic checks and report maintenance, safety, or security issues.
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Respond promptly to requests and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of service.
