We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver high-quality, air-conditioning-biased building services maintenance across a range of client properties within the designated region. This role will focus on providing fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation to ensure all systems operate to required performance standards. We are looking for a professional who can work autonomously, respond effectively to reactive and PPM requirements, and support the delivery of a world-class maintenance service. The position involves customer-focused service delivery, timely completion of works, and technical excellence across AC and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver AC-biased fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation across client properties.
  • Complete AC and HVAC PPM, reactive and proactive works within required timeframes.
  • Carry out additional building services tasks including fabric, mechanical, HVAC and related duties.
  • Provide callout response in line with the agreed callout rota.
  • Undertake new installations and major/minor repair works to client AC systems.
  • Diagnose and repair system faults, including basic electrical fault finding.
  • Monitor contractors and their workmanship, issuing Permits to Work as required.
  • Ensure all AC equipment within scope operates to specified performance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Air Conditioning qualification (apprenticeship accepted).
  • F-Gas certification (candidates with F-Gas only may still be considered).
  • Relevant air conditioning/ventilation qualifications.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proven experience in air conditioning and HVAC building services maintenance, including fault finding, maintenance and installation.
  • Previous experience delivering reactive and PPM building services maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence for regional travel.
