Job Description
Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit an established Engineering Supervisor to join our client's corporate site in Northampton. The client is a world-renowned Banking organisation, and this site as their HQ is high profile and highly critical. In this role, you will lead the Shift Engineering teams and report into the Critical Engineering Manager. You will supervise the Engineering Day and Shift Team in the completion of planned maintenance and reactive repairs of mechanical and electrical building services & Building Fabric, helping to ensure maximum uptime and supporting our client's operations. You will support and adhere to the ISS SSOW - Safe Systems of Work and HASAWA - health and safety at work act, championing a health and safety culture throughout the site with the goal of zero accidents.
Key Actions and Responsibilities
- Supervise, oversee, and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and maintain accurate records/documentation related to the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the ISS team, key clients, suppliers, and the wider ISS community.
- Support UK & Campus Engineering Leadership Team in enhancing site engineering service delivery through improvements to SOPs, EOPS, and the development of technical solutions for reactive & planned maintenance activities.
- Ensure that Client & ISS standards and governance are effectively communicated, implemented, and maintained.
