The Role
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to clients, visitors, and staff
- Manage visitor processes, including sign-in, access control, and enquiries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently
- Support meeting room coordination and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
- Carry out ad hoc cleaning tasks to maintain excellent workplace standards
- Work collaboratively with other service teams (e.g. maintenance, catering, security, post room)
- Support colleagues with administrative tasks, reporting, and service-related activities
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and service providers to ensure high service delivery
About You
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior staff and directors
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and approach at all times
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across services
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is desirable
