We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant / General Assistant to join a fantastic catering team with ISS UK, playing a key role in the preparation and service of food while supporting a high-quality catering operation. This role sits at the heart of the action, contributing to great food, excellent service, and high standards of cleanliness and safety. The Role
- Assist with food preparation in line with required standards
- Serve food promptly and accurately in a high-volume environment
- Provide barista service at the café bar
- Maintain high standards of general cleaning across the site
- Deliver the highest standard of customer care at all times
- Work as part of a motivated and passionate catering team
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment
- Represent the catering and operations teams with a strong focus on client satisfaction
About You
- Enthusiastic approach to work
- Catering experience is preferred - but a positive, can-do attitude is essential
- Good understanding of the principles of food hygiene
- You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer
