Working Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off, covering day and night shifts

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £13.45

We are seeking a Workplace Host to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern covering both days and nights, with an added shift allowance. This role is a hybrid position combining Reception, Security, and Workplace Ambassador responsibilities. We are looking for the right person rather than the right CV. While previous reception or security experience would be advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be provided to someone with the right attitude and approach.

The Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues
  • Deliver a friendly, helpful, and professional front-of-house presence
  • Support basic reception duties as part of the hybrid role
  • Carry out security-related tasks in line with site requirements
  • Promote a welcoming and positive workplace environment
  • Communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Use basic IT systems as required for the role
  • Maintain a proactive, can-do approach during all shifts
