The Role
- Plan, organise, and coordinate operations to meet financial and performance targets
- Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
- Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
- Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team
- Deliver an exceptional level of service within your area of responsibility
- Carry out general admin duties such as labour planning, ordering & stock taking
- Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
- Report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns promptly
