We are seeking a Receptionist to act as the primary interface between internal operations and clients, delivering a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience. As a key member of the facilities team, you will ensure all visitors and clients receive outstanding service in line with ISS's purpose to become the world's greatest service organisation. We are looking for someone who will consistently follow company service standards, providing efficient and proactive support to employees and clients. You will ensure the smooth running of daily reception operations and maintain a well-organised, welcoming environment that reflects both the client's brand and ISS values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional, warm, and engaging welcome as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
  • Enhance client and guest experience by proactively exceeding expectations and delivering memorable service.
  • Maintain a 5-star reception standard through clear communication and an organised front-of-house environment.
  • Ensure consistent reception coverage during operational hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous Front of House experience in a corporate reception environment.
  • Experience handling calls and managing switchboards or busy reception lines.
